Basic & inclusive contracts
Basic contracts (without insurance) and Inclusive contracts (with insurance) vary according to a deductible amount that varies from one car rental category to the next. Some countries offer this deductible to be waived, for an extra fee payable onsite. At pick up, you will have additional fees to apply: airport and/or agency tax, road tax or other eco-taxes, winter equipment... if required.
Other fees may be required on-site: all accessories requested at reservation such as car seats, roof racks...
An extra fee, payable on-site, may also be required due to geographic restrictions that may apply depending on the car category and countries visited.

Inclusive contract with insurance
This contract includes third-part civil liability insurance, collision damage (CDW) and theft (THW) with excess. The excess depend as per the delivery country and the rented car category.
Basic contract without insurance
This contract includes only third-party liability insurance. Other collision damage insurance (CDW) and theft (THW) must be covered by your credit card.
All-inclusive insurance contract with no excess
This contract offers a multi-risk insurance without deductible. Guarantees offered include civil liability, persons transported, collision damage, theft, fire, legal assistance (defense and recourse), etc.
