By car :
From A 1 and A 6: take M 40 towards A 2 (Aeropuerto).Take exit 9 (Zaragoza), then exit 1 (Costada San Fernando) and Vía de Servicio
From A 2 Barcelona: take M40 then exit 1A (Zaragoza), then take exit 1 (Costada San Fernando) and Vía de Servicio
From A 2 Madrid: don’t take exit Aeropuerto but take next exit exit 11 Vía de Servicio
From A 3 – A 4 – A 5 : take M 40 towards A2 /Aeropuerto.Take exit 9 b-a (towards  A2 / Zaragoza) and then Costada San Fernando and Via Servicio

Then in all cases: after 2 km cross a little bridge and take the parallel on the right. After 200 meters take first on the right C/ Ingeniero Torres Quevedo and follow the indications ATI.

Once you have collected your luggage, call the toll-free number 900 712 137 from a public telephone.
You will be collected by the ATI shuttle bus and taken to the pick-up center.

NB: ATI does not arrange pick-ups for incoming flights between 8:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.The ATI centre is closed on 25th December 2008, and 1st and 6th January 2009.
On 24th and 31st December 2008 and 5th January 2009, pick-up is only guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

Go to the ATI reception office 5 km away from the airport.

Drop-off office: Auto Turistica Iberica, C/Ingeniero Torres Quevedo 6, 28022 Madrid.

When you return to the airport in the courtesy shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the “Departures” area.

NB: ATI does not arrange drop-offs between 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.
The ATI centre is closed on 25th December 2008, and 1st and 6th January 2009.
On 24th and 31st December 2008 and 5th January 2009, drop-off is only guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Pick-ups and drop-offs at Madrid Airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays (*) upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with ATI. On 24th and 31st December 2008 and 5th January 2009, pick-ups and drop-offs are only guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
