UPON DELIVERY
With all the formalities with Europ Autohaving been finalized before your departure, you are personally awaited forby the 'Peugeot Eurolease plan (Peugeot lasing)' reception agents on the date and at the place indicated in your contract.
Upon presentation of your contract and your passport, they will give you the keys and all the documents for your new Peugeot car. They will give you also a superb Peugeot pounch containing the Peugeot Open Europe practical guide book.
They will provide you with all the explanations and will carry out the vehicle’s hand-off with you.
You will then take the wheel in complete tranquility. 15 litres of fuel are provided for you.
Warning: only the contract holder (his name appears on the vehicle’s registration certificate) or his spouse, holding a proxy, may take delivery of the vehicle.
Caution: for appointments without any flight information, you will be awaited for a maximum of 30 minutes after your planned arrival time. In the event of a flight (*) or appointment date/time change, contact us or directly advise your delivery center, whose contact information appears in the Peugeot Open Europe pratical guide book.
(*) particularly in the event of a connecting flight change.
UPON RETURN
You are also personally awaited for by the reception agents on the date and at the location indicated in your contract.
You must make an appointment with your return center at least 4 business days in advance and observe the instructions that were given to you.
You do not have to fill the tank with fuel before you return the car.
Warning: you must return all the vehicle documents and keys that were given to you at delivery. Peugeot Open Europe will bill you for them if you fail to do so.
Caution: you must return your vehicle according to the instructions that were given to you (where to park the car, who will take care of the return procedures, wich counter you must report to,...). Peugeot Open Europe will bill you for the search costs, parking fees, car removal, …, should you fail to do so.
During the trip:
you may change the return location.
you may return the vehicle ahead of time.
you may extend your contract.
