The Assistance will take care of, according to the circumstances:
- road call and towing,
- rental of a substitute vehicle,
- lodging,
- eventual return of the vehicle that figures on the contract to the delivery or return location.
Medical assistance to persons:
In the event of a personal injury related to the use of the Peugeot Open Europe contract, the assistance will provide one or several of the following services:
- transfer of the wounded persons, either to the vehicle’s initial delivery location, or to the hospital best suited to handle the pathological cases. The means of transfer used (ambulance, train, airliner, ambulance aircraft) will be determined by the assistance according to medical requirements only, after an assessment is made by the assistance’s doctor(s).
- repatriation of deceased persons.
Warning:Europ Auto reminds you not to forget your travel insurance. The benefits of this “medical assistance to persons” is only a complement to your own travel insurance.
All the benefits of your assistance contract and the information to be given as well as the supporting documents to produce in the event of a claim are specified in the Peugeot Open Europe Practical Guide Book, which is given to you before your departure. Don’t forget it, always keep it with you.
