I am taking a few minutes to tell you a short story in which we were victims, and that could have been really unpleasant if we had not chosen, for the second time, the Peugeot Buy back formula, that remains for us “the car of our holidays in Europe, simple, and no surprises”, just like the slogan says. So, two days after having arrived in France for a 20-day trip (France-Spain-Italy), we parked our Peugeot 207 in Carcassonne to visit the medieval City, which took us approximately 3 hours. When we returned to the car, we were surprised to see that it had been vandalised; a broken window, a forced door, but luckily, nothing had been stolen. It was 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2007, and by the time we found the police station, then the Peugeot dealer, it was 5:45 p.m. and everything closes at 6:30 p.m. for the weekend. All the people who helped us in the process of getting another car to continue our trip did so with great kindness and promptness, and like the slogan says, no surprises, and no additional costs.
